Most flat-pack shelving forces you to work around it: fixed sizes, flimsy board and instructions that eat your Saturday. We do it differently. Every Shelve It kit is precision CNC-cut to order in our North Yorkshire workshop, so you pick the width, height, shelf layout and finish. It arrives ready to build, with every hole pre-drilled and every fixing in the box.
Genuinely easy to build
A 3-stack kit goes together in as little as 20–30 minutes with just a drill. No cutting, no missing bits, no diagram-deciphering. The panels are labelled, the instructions are short and the whole thing is designed so one person can do it alone.

These aren't wobbly bookcase shelves. Our shelves are built to last and securely hold everything from paint tins and toolboxes to toy crates. Kits of the same width bolt together side by side, so your storage can grow as your stuff does.

Shelve It started at our kitchen table in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, with a growing family, not enough space, and one flat-pack unit too many that didn't fit and took hours to build. So we built our own.
Today, every kit is designed and precision-cut in our workshop by people with over 15 years of woodworking under their belts, and we ship them all over the UK.
How It Works:
1. Choose your size
Three unit heights (3, 4 or 5 stacks) and three widths (600mm, 900mm or 1200mm) to suit alcoves, garages, under-stairs corners and full walls.
2. Pick your layout
Open shelves for boxes, tools and crates, or pigeon holes that split each tier into tidy compartments for smaller items, paperwork and stock.
3. Select your material
Choose from honest Rough Ply for the garage, smooth Face Ply for inside the house and our premium, super-resistant black mesh finish.
